Alright, I'll go ahead and do the little warning thing so that i dont
get in trouble. This chapter has some graphic language, so if cursing
offends you then you shouldn't be reading this (and yes there is a good
bit). Theres also a bit of violence (not alot) and this chapter turned out to be alot longer than i expected it
too.. so i'm sorry if its a drag to go through the whole thing *shrugs*

“I’ve found that it seems to be human nature to bring ourselves tragedy and to give tragedy to those we hold close to us. Not because we want tragedy and not because we like to make those we care about miserable, but to show us just how deeply we actually care about the ones around us. Tragedy will either destroy or deepen a relationship, for from the ashes of one fire something more beautiful can bloom, however it seems that tragedy seeks tragedy and soon a small flame is a raging fire, and by the time the flames have been doused there is only ruin. It is up to us whether we rebuild, or whether we move on and seek new soil to till.

A week would pass, then another, and then another. Jack had grown accustomed to his life at Xander High, and strangely enough he had become very popular with almost every group in the school. He was doing well in all his classes for the first time in years, and things were beginning to look up at last, but even now when he should be happy, there was still something missing. Jack still didn’t have any idea what it was, but he still felt as though a piece of him was still drifting apart from the whole. He tried not to focus on it, but he would catch himself falling into the familiar depression and he was struggling desperately to stay away from it.
