research

I told one of my friends that I'm gay about four months ago, she's very open to that kind of thing, she's in spare change and our campus youth educating against homophobia group (YEAH).
Sadly I think that she's come to the conclusion that I'm a heterosexist, which is not true. I find that a little disturbing because I'm against discrimination of any kind and I can't recall having done anything to lead her to that conclusion that I'm aware of....
Moving on....
I wrote a research paper for my english class on same-sex marriage in california and i had the most fascinating talk with a southern baptist minister, meanign it was an interview about the issue that should have last 30 mins ant most but instead took almost two hours and mostly centered around the evils of gay sex.... i don't think my teacher wants me to put that kind of thing in....
Well someone else did their paper on gay athletes.... apparently they're against them.... He actually thinks that homosexuals should have to choose between being gay and being a professional athlete.... personally I don't think that someone's sexuality should matter when it comes to sports, i think it's a bit creepy that it does....
The guy interviewed the leader of the YEAH club about the issue (she's not only a p.e. teacher and track couch but the only out member of the teaching staff...." and i'd really like to know how that conversation went....
Anyway as i was researching same-sex marriage i found the top ten list of why homosexuals shouldn't be allowed to marry and one of the reasons was : "The world will return to as it was in the times of Noah" I personally like to interpret that literally because that means that if i marry a girl i will have to power to flood he earth!!!! muwhahahaha!!!! drown you fools drown!!!! But really, none of their arguments were even very logical! Ifanyone has a good argument against it let me know.

Amusing.

Actually, I have yet to hear a single logical, or even coherent arguement against it. Even the biblical ones aren't that good--considering by that reasoning once a daughter is 12 she can be sold into slavery and any man who cuts his hair should be beheaded.
