Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson

This book isn't GBLT or anything, but it really is a great book. A girl, Melinda, is going
into high school isolated and hated, because the summer before school started, she called
the police on an end-of-summer party. There's more of a reason to why she called the police
than just because everyone was drinking, but that's part of the story. I don't want to give
anything away.

My point is, it's a great book, and it's really an easy book to relate to. You're almost. . .
Inside Melinda's mind. ^.^
