Yay well I just got home from tolo at my school and it was very fun but in the end kinda sad. So here's the scoop. After running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to get a costume together at the last miniute I finally got one from my friend. The thing is was that she didn't drop it off till like an hour before I was supposed to be there. So it was funny because the whole time after that was like pure craziness because after getting showered and dressed I grabbed directions to my date's house and jumped in the car. Well I ended up using up more time then I had bargined for because instead of going directly there I decided to go pick her up some flowers (sadness though, they didn't have any yellow roses, so I got her some smaller pink-tipped roses instead) so by that time it was already 7:30 and I was running late but that wasn't the worst part. The worst part was that I'm still not the best night driver and i'd never been there before so I ended up getting lsot for like half an hour. But after I got there the craziness ended and I had a wonderful dinner with her, her "sister", and my two other friends. After dinner was really fun too because I got to see her room, which she is remodeling. So that pretty much was the happiest part of the night. When we actually got to the dance it was pretty fun because my date and her "sister" (she's not really her sister but they look a LOT alike and get along so well)kinda dragged me out of my shell and got me to dance in the middle of the pit of horny teenagers who were "public sex" dancing (dry-humping, etx.). So that was fun just for the experience. Plus, she's such an amazing friend that pretty much anything with her is amazing! But the night did end kinda sadly because right before we left we found a boxer/pit bull puppy lying down on the floor of the cafeteria. It was so sad because the poor thing was shivering horribly but looked as if she had an owner because her nails were trimmed. This made me sad because I don't have a dog because my mother donesn't like dogs that much and so never let us have one. She really was a beauty though. But of the whole experience was really was most beautiful was just how unconditionally my date and her sister loved that dog. Neither of them knew who owned the dog, nor did they know what was wrong with her but they were willing to do whatever was in their power to make her comfortable. We ended up giving her treats from my date's car and rubbing her to raise her temperature. Sadly, we all had to leave before we found out if she was taken in by anyone. Sadness. I hope someone came and got her. Even if it is animal control. I want a dog!! lol well as you can probably tell from the fact that most of this is probably incomprehensible dribble, I am very tired so bonne nuit mon amis!
