You should go for a walk or get some exercise if you're stressed. It's pretty basic but it helps you feel a bit more human again. I'm the least sporty person in the world, but I'm down right matronly about the value of fresh air and exercise on the soul.
well i called her back and apologised, we had this 'deep' talk for a while... i suppose it's all good now.
