I realize that therapy couldn't help me with my sexual oreintation issues,how to control my occasional twitch,or facing my fears of having a healthy physical as well as emotional relationship with someone. I figured out on my own that I don't have to face my sexuality just yet. That I can control my occasional twitch by thinking of something peaceful like music. Also that my fears of having a good relationship is normal and it gets easier with time. Who needs therapy not me at least for right now.
