Movies you're ashamed of liking...
You know the drill. Some movie comes on the tv while you're friends are over and you bash the living hell out of it. And then, when it comes on in the middle of the night, you snuggle up and enjoy.
I'll start:
George of the Jungle. The live-action one they made in the mid-nineties. Yes, it is so very nineties. But the humor's cheesy and quirky at the same time and it's fun and mindless.
And a whole lot of chick flicks.

If we count times watched multiplied by ammount of shame in liking then mine is Cabaret. Which is a great film. I've just seen it more times than my friends ever need to know.
Musicals in general actually. Except Rent which is hatable in every format.
And Velvet Goldmine I am really disparaging of, but it has so much eye shadow in it I wanted to faint with joy.
I'm normally quite honest about the fact I like weird, often rather crappy films. But I can't quite fess up to Velvet Goldmine.

Crossroads with Britney Spears in it. It's horrible but yet i can watch it again and again.. About 2 summers ago i was babysitting this one family and i'd babysit from 7 am until like 10pm and everynight i babysat those kids (for like 3 weeks in a row) I watched crossroads - they owned it. And i watch it everytime it's on.

The Matrix
This one is slightly embarressing, I actually like the matrix. No not just the first one, but the whole trilogy. What can I say, I dig Keano Reeves and the whole sci fi element and what the movies lacked in understandable plot they made up for in amazing fight scenes. I just never understood the nerd community's obsession with Anne Moss, I mean she looks like she'd break if you touched her, but hey that's just my opinion.
