Color... (Like real color, pigment)

So i don't know why, but color just seems so damn fascinating to me. Oh and those primary color debates I can't avoid...

I think my love of color has to do with the impurity of it. Color is so hard to define. I mean, how many color wheels are there? I mean there' the RGB (red, green, blue) color space model used in graphics and the basis of color vision. But I mean the RGB color space model for computers graphics varies. Microsoft has a different one than Apple does and Adobe has a different one too.

Then, Newton had his ROYGBIV (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet) color scheme with RBY being primary. But in paint, some colors (magenta and cyan specifically) can't be created using RBY as primaries.

Then there's early photography primaries: orange, violet and green.

Then subtractive color... CYMK (cyan, yellow magenta, key, AKA black).... They don't like that one...
