Summer.

It's my favorite season of the year. I just decided that. Winter is wicked chill too. I like spring also. Autumn, not so much.

Anyway! - There's just so much stuff growing. I just made taboule with fresh mint and parsley. It made me so damn happy. It has such a nice green look to it, a nice texture and an AMAZING flavor. The best thing is, the volatile oils haven't wafted away like they do with the dried shit. Tasty.

And then in a month I'll be in Maine, with my grandparents on our private beach. There's a speed boat, a picnic boat, a sail boat and kayak (And well, a dingy, but who would use that?). There's beautiful flower gardens on the property and an amazing farmer's market on Wednesdays! And I get see my like 5 year old cousin and I like that 'gal to death.

How do you kiddos live in those unelaboratly decorated cookie-cutter houses in the land suburbia?

we try to ignore the blatant

we try to ignore the blatant unoriginality, and try to get out of it as quickly as possible. :)

Um, yeah, ok.

I don't live in track housing either, but can we tone down the condescension a little bit?

i wasn't sensing any condescension...

i live in a tract housing neighborhood and they really are literally cut from the exact same mold, as in....i could go into a random person's house and know exactly where things are.

Not sure how

Not sure how ''cookie-cutter'' my house is. Its folk-victorian-ish. But I decorated my room exactly how I want it. (Well, all I can do with the tiny amount of space I have anyway)
