School plans...

jeff's picture

With school coming up or started for many of you... let's get some goals established.

What do you want to do this school year?

Come out? Accept yourself more? Find a boyfriend? Start a GSA? Go to your GSA? Go to prom?

Write it here and then start putting it into action...

Um...

Stay away from relationships for a little while. Just enjoy life in general!

Zim: No, GIR.

I want to come out as trans.

I want to come out as trans. And I want to join Drama Club. Other than that, no real plans. Except I have to make sure the school doesn't screw up my grade and schedule. Because they love to do that, because I was home schooled freshman year. So I might be busy with that alone.

When you come out as trans...

Won't your life become drama club? :-)

The first one was the first

The first one was the first Friday of the school year. We (the seniors) were 20 girls and 20 guys, so we dressed up a girl and a guy as a bride and a groom, respectively, another guy as a priest, and the rest of us were very elegant. All of us arrived like 50 minutes late, played a wedding march, really loud and staged a complete wedding (well, we could only do like 10 minutes of it before the teachers got really upset). That was the prank for the teachers, and it worked, we missed a complete hour of class while the teacher figured out what to do with us, our chairs, the flowers, and the small sandwiches for the reception.

The second one, for all the alumni, was rather stupid. We just told everyone there was a mass the next day, so all the other kids (from k-11) arrived in their elegant uniforms, went to the chapel, sat down... and stayed there for an hour while we 'found the keys we had lost'. We changed the iced tea for iodine as well: they look the same, yet iodine tastes like iodine :P.

The last prank was quite elaborate. First, we all dressed in pink. Pink pants, pinks polos, pink shoes. That day was a rather important day since a lot of parents were attending a ceremony my school has twice a year (giving awards to the best students, the best teachers, raising the flag, blah blah blah). We got wireless microphones, and bribed a maintenance guy into hooking them to the main sound system.. then we just started to play music from iPods, dancing, having conversations about fleas, and doing a tea party. The best part was serving tea and biscuits to the parents. We got suspended, and everyone missed an important calculus test.

This wasn't my school, but...

I heard a story once of kids who rounded up every desk in the school and put them all on the roof. (I wish this HAD been at my school, by the way!)

How they did this, I do not know.

And now, back to our regularly scheduled forum. :-)

I'd like to spend as much time as possible with mis amigos before we all head our separate ways, get into my top-pick college (and somehow figure out a way to pay for it), and maybe write a novel.

I think I need to find a god

I think I need to find a god damn boyfriend. I don't think there's too much opportunity in my school, because the high school population is less than 400. In other words, I know every fucking person.

I haven't even really found any male homos. There's those three I almost dated and those two I don't have attraction to.

Come out to more than 2 of my friends--I'm not sure how well that will go and I have no idea how to tell my current (or past) roommate for fear that either of them will take it the wrong way, even though I know both support gay people. It's just....some people act different when they're talking to a real person.

Come out to my parents in the next 365 days. I have to.
