Trees, movies, and South Of Nowhere.

So, we set up our Christmas tree today. Yay!. Lol. Apparently, we are using this tiny 3 feet high fake tree this year. Yeah, my parents bought it on sale and it seems smarter than spending who-knows-how-much on a big real tree. Then we'd have to buy a stand and everything. See, we had a fake tree the past couple of Christmas's but when we moved a couple of months ago, we threw it out cause it was pretty ruined. So, yeah my day consisted of helping decorate the ting tree and wrapping some presents that my dad bought for my mom. I enjoy wrapping presents. It's just fun and get's you in the Christmas mood:D

That was basically my day. Other than that I watched a couple of movies. Both of which I had seen before but there was nothing else on TV so I watched them again. 13 Going On 30, I watched like a year ago and back then I thought it was ok but going into it I thought it was going to be better. Today I watched it and actually quite liked it. So it was nice to enjoy it. Then I watched The Wedding Date which was pretty good the first time I watched it. This time it was just alright, cause I knew what was gonna happen and everything.

Hey BTW does anyone watch the TV show South Of Nowhere? We don't get it up here in Canada but I watched a few episodes on the internet and I actually like it. I'll admit I started watching it because I read that two of the main female characters end up in a relationship later on in the show. Yes, I'll pretty much watch anything if there's lesbian characters in it. I'm just lame like that:) But seriously. It's sort of like the Canadian show Degrassi which I used to like a few of years ago. But I don't really like the new characters all that much and the show in general isn't as good as it once was.Anyways, I hope they make South Of Nowhere available up here at some point. Either on TV or on DVDs cause I'd love to watch all the episodes(Even though it got cancelled, recently). Actually, I wish I had family or friends in the U.S that could send me the DVDs. Oh, well. Here's hoping they come available up here at some point:D

yeah, i don't really like the new stuff in Degrassi either, but I've seen all of South of Nowhere and it's pretty good. I'm pretty sure the-n.com has all of it's episodes..

I've tried the N website

I've tried the N website before but they won't let me watch the episodes because I am outside of the U.S.....It's pretty dumb and it sucks cause youtube doesn't really have any episodes.

yeah

I've heard of South of Nowhere, but i haven't seen it. Can't stand Degrassi, didn't know it was Canadian though. Hm, and here I was tinking it was part of the ever horrible US Teen TV trash, hm, wow, I'll have to think about that.

Yup, It's a very Canadian

Yup, It's a very Canadian made show. I always liked degrassi. That is until a couple of years ago when original characters started to leave and then they brought these new kids in and they are kind of bland boring. Or just plain annoying.

Yesssss. The show is pretty drek-y, honestly, but Spashley is SO CUTE that I watch it anyway. I don't have cable, so I do all my SoNing online...

From what I've read about

From what I've read about South Of Nowhere is that the fans are totally obsessed about Spashley. It's too bad that it's over after this season.

Aaaaah, Spashley. I'm really

Aaaaah, Spashley. I'm really frustrated that SoN needs to do so much marketing to the straights, though... Aiden should just... not exist. As for watching SoN online, try http://www.sidereel.com/South_of_Nowhere and http://video.tvguide.com/Shows/South+of+Nowhere.
