I just had a feakout... cartwheels and sit ups and push ups and failed handstands and jumping and just plain spazzing. Why? Cuz I've een lazy as hell all week and goddamn I needed it. I think Imma do that again tomorrow... I just need more exercise.
It's weird... I find it harder to breath when I'm not binding cuz I'm so used to restricted breathing. Is that a bad thing? Probably. Meh..
