Music softens the soul and fuels strength.

So im listening to the great escape by moby featureing azure ray.. its just so amazing. and can be related to so many different things. I feel as if its way to easy to relate to being in the closet. If im not mistaken i do beleive moby himself is gay, in which cases these lyrics sing a tale of confinment and being silent. I encourage people to listen. Its beautiful..

"Ill use the lock that has no key, bind you with chains, that no one else can see .... How long can you hold your breath? While you hold my weight, just to watch you preform the great escape. Ill pull your arms tight behind your back, use myself as weight, and wonder why you fade"

music is my sanity, it reminds me that im not the only one that feels how i do. its comforting.

I'm the same way in that

I'm the same way in that music is, and has been, the only thing keeping me sane. I listened to A LOT of Indigo Girls when I was coming out for this reason; I kept finding emotions I was feeling in their music.

true that

I've never listened to them , but I could imagine how it is, Whenever I find a song that explains my feelings, I put it on repeat till I can sing it without the music, XD its bad. my song right now is Dear Agony by Breaking Benjamin
