I don't even know what this entry is about.

I really need to get motivated to finish that damn history homework. I've done 2 of the summaries, but I still have most of the worksheet and all of the questions from the book left.

Okay, you guys, I have a REALLY important question. You know those retro-looking '40s and '50s style drawings? Like, I can't really explain them. I've always wanted to be able to draw them, but I don't know what they're called, so I can't look them up, which frustrates me severely. Does anyone know what they're called? My grandpa's sister has a ton of plates with drawings of that style on them. This is kind of like what I mean. Dita Von Teese looks kind of like one of those, only, you know, in real life. I was watching some fashion TV show thing with my mom, and she was on there, so I thought of this, and I really want to know if those drawings have a proper name. I look at those and am like, "Oh, it would've been sooo cool to live in the '50s! I could dress all '50s style and drive one of those sexy '50s cars and feel like a badass for listening to rock n' roll, and I wouldn't have to worry about what those drawings are called because they'd be everywhere!" But then I remember that it would've sucked so much to be gay in the '50s, especially where I live, which still probably thought it was the 1800s. Anyway, I apologize if this is the dumbest question you've ever heard, but it has been bothering me since, like, 8th grade, but I always feel like it's too random of a question to ask. Right now, however, it is past 3 in the morning, and therefore I do not have to make sense if I don't want to.

Anyway, in other news, I was bored today. I didn't go anywhere or do anything. Also, I felt fat. I was in the mood to mess around on my old Gameboy Color, but sadly I seem to have misplaced my Gameshark. Today was pretty uneventful, really.

And I really miss FCG! Her weirdness gives my life meaning; I'm way too bored without her. I almost kind of want Thanksgiving break to be over already just so I can see what sort of nincompoopery my freakazoid is up to now. Then, however, I think about chemistry class, waking up early, and wearing those awful uniforms that make my body look shapeless, so I don't want to go back to school, but I do want to see FCG.

I really need to go to bed, but I don't feel like it! Everything is fun when you're too tired to function properly.

I don't need company in the company of you. I don't need love, your love will do. And I've got you and you've got me and this is all you need. I don't need air, I don't need to breathe. I don't need rest, I don't have time to sleep.

You could dress in '50s style and listen to rock and roll and feel like a badass, if you wanted to, even if ti is the '10s (THAT SOUNDS SO UGLY) of the new millennium... and you'd be quite badass for it!

By the way, the first photo you linked is not a pin-up, more like a 40s housewife... I guess you could look up advertising or fashion illustration from the 40s-50s-60s?

nothing is permitted. everything is allowed.

Eww, '10s does sound ugly!

Hmm, I could!

I know the picture I linked to wasn't a pin up girl, but I was talking about pictures that had that same general style of drawing. I can't really explain what I'm trying to talk about when I say "same general style of drawing," which frustrates me. :(
