I watched Melancholia on saturday. By myself as nobody really seemed to want to go, but i really wanted to see it. It was good but it did have it's slow moments that were just a bit dull. Also it got to a point when Kristen Dunst just felt like Dopey and annoyed me on how she acted towards to her sister - I don't know if this is intentional to the story or not. Charlotte Gainsbourg better then expected at first and the ending was loud. The funny thing was that for most of the film the characters are asleep at one point or another, and me being on my own and sitting in some really comfy chairs in a not busy cinema, i was a bit dozy at little points which is unusual for me. OH and the musical score was very nice indeed and somewhat moving to. I don't know also what to think of Lars Von Trier quote of "I understand....Hitler" which got him swiftly kicked out of Cannes before his film even got premiered.
Another thing today is that i looked at my single school photo for the year that was took at the the start of Sept. Yeah i don't like it. I seem to be more on a axis then everybody's else's and my smile is funny and well it makes me look gay. And then i feel bad as i am using the word gay in a degrading way but i have to deal with the image for the next year so hmmmm.
