Heads up... if you like Oprah, and you like me, why not experience both at the same time?
On Monday, at 8p ET, you can! Tune in to OWN, the Oprah Winfrey Network, and you can see Oprah, Tony Robbins, and possibly, ME in the audience at Radio City Music Hall!
What will I ask Oprah? Find out!
Comments
Hmm...
I am guessing you are going to question her about her true relationship with gayle...am I wrong? Am I? ;)
but probably something on the topic of how she owns the liberal media, or about her networks, or maybe fashion advice? idk jeff. lol
Mental wounds not healing, driving me insane, i'm goin' off the rails on a crazy train- the ozzman
Oh.
I thought you met Queen Elizabeth. This is much less exciting.
Wait a minute!
I thought Oprah was done with television.

No...
Oprah stopped doing "The Oprah Winfrey Show" specifically, not television.

I'll record... then watch...
...at my leisure... minus commercials!
But... these shows are truly live, and not recorded/edited for later broadcast?
Yup...
Really live.
Even when you go to a TV taping, they aren't typically edited. Like when I went to the Daily Show, Jon sits there at the desk during the commercial break, talking with the producers/writers, etc. Editing costs money, waiting 3 minutes is free.

Hmm,
for some reason or another I suspect this is, or was, an April Fooling. No offense intended Jeff.
Err...
If I wanted to do an April Fools thing, I could do better than this.
Nope. Really going to see Oprah tonight at Radio City Music Hall: http://www.oprah.com/oprahs-lifeclass/oprahs-lifeclass.html

My deepest apologies...
It looks genuine to me!
However, it's a 2-hour program.
And how are we supposed to recognize Jeff in the audience? The leprechaun avatar hardly suffices!
So...
I didn't end up on camera. Well, not sure if that's really true. My friend sitting next to me was spotted by a friend, so maybe I was.
But, I was actually interviewed by an Oprah producer, and pre-screened, and was possibly going to ask Oprah and Tony Robbins a question during the show. Turns out, they didn't come to me, which is something I found out only as the show ended.
So, a bit unnerving, but it did net us really great seats, in case I needed to be on camera. ;-)

So...
I have all 2 hours on DVR. Is it worth watching?
Well...
I love Oprah AND I love the Lifeclass series, so I'm a bit too biased to answer. I need to watch it again just to hear it, which is a common problem attending tapings. When we're applauding and laughing, the people on stage are still talking, etc., heh.
