I made it in two days so some parts are cheap and/or rushed, but I'm pretty proud of it overall! The arm patches are construction paper laminated with packing tape and hand sewed on.

Gengar and a Marowak skull/crossbones (which was really hard to make 'cause I didn't have any halloween carving knives that are super precise so I hacked away at it with regular knives aand then supported it with toothpics. Never again!)
