is that finally, finally after decades of being ostracized by other high schoolers, it is completely normal and unamazing for a gay couple to be voted "best couple," and honor awarded only to couples that the majority of classmates approve and are even fond of.
Good for them... it is not a big deal. Two PEOPLE (Please don't tack on labels) won a best couple award. I mean seriously, stop pointing out the fact they are a 'gay' couple... my boyfriend gets tried of that like I do... I mean seriously a couple, is a couple, is a couple...

This couple didn't promote that it happened. A friend of the couple posted their picture on Tumblr, and people shared it and it became popular. If it truly isn't a big deal, why would so many people share the photo and make it so popular?
Until that day arrives, "small steps" such as these should be broadcast as widely as possible!
Uh I am going to knock two birds out here with one stone by saying... Until that day arrives that attitude is prefect fine and it is the one I shall keep expressing... so no broadcasting it as widely as possible only spreads an attention-whore stereotype for our community.
All I see here is two PEOPLE getting a Cutest Couple award... No big deal... Not news worthy... move on...
