"I'm not going to change the way I look or the way I feel to conform to anything. I've always been a freak. So I've been a freak all my life and I have to live with that, you know. I'm one of those people." -- John Lennon
Writer's block really sucks... I can't think of a single thing to write about, and deadline is in a few days. It's not that there isn't anything to talk about, I just can't think of an interesting way to talk about it. We don't want you falling asleep at your computers, now do we? I guess I'll just have to dive right in...
Let's see... I'm out to one more person, and I plan on telling a few more. None of these people, however, include my mother. It's not that I can't tell her, I just don't want to. I know that mommie dearest would be fine with it, but I just don't want her to be that involved in my life right now. I know that sounds horrible, but you must understand our relationship. We live together, I attend certain social functions (I love that phrase -- "social functions") with her (the ones for her office that I can't get out of), we talk -- sometimes. Basically, I stay out of her personal life, and she stays out of mine. I rather like it that way. I will tell her, just not now.
By the time you, the reader, actually read this, I will (hopefully) have attended my first PRYSM meeting. PRYSM, which stands for Presence and Respect for Youth of Sexual Minority, is the queer youth group in Cleveland. I found it on a website, and I've been wanting to go -- I just need to get my car fixed, and a really good excuse as to why I need to go to Cleveland every Saturday... anyone have any ideas
To briefly touch on current events, I'd like to say GO TRIBE!!! Now, since you are reading this in November, the Indians may have already gone to/won the World Series. I'm not that big of a baseball fan, but I think all Indians hype in my face 24/7 is starting to rub off.
Well, my dears, I think that's all for this month. Until next time, remember to floss, and don't forget that you can e-mail me at email@example.com with questions, comments, flames, or whatever. Ciao.
