You Don't Know...

by David

You don't know what I think.
You don't know what's behind my eyes.
You don't know what thoughts I have
You don't know my other side.
You don't know how I feel for you
You don't know what I want with you.
You don't know sometimes I love you.
You don't know my struggle with truth.
You don't know when I look at you,
You don't know I try to read you.
You don't know I want to know you,
You don't know I dream of holding you.
You don't know, and probably never will;
You don't know that certain kind of thrill.
You don't know how much that thrill affects me;
You don't know, can't know and can't see.
You don't know I have a crush on you.
You don't know how impossible that is;
You don't know I wonder with you.
You don't know me, I'll never know you.

Not My First try at poetry, but one that relates to my sexuality (it's a crush on a boy I know is straight) and a first for submitting. Thanks for reading. my email is neonet@ctlnet.com .
