Wow, I suck at blogging!
Prom was a lot more fun than I expected it to be!
No, Adrian, the title is not a reference to you
Dear lord! There's been quite a bit of drama on the Oasis front in my unnoticed, unannounced accidental sabatical! Yeah, I've been gone for a while. Nothing OVERLY exciting, but I may be getting a boyfriend soonish, but it's too soon to tell. And The Picture of Dorian Gray is a great book.
I probably won't be posting for a while, because I have NO time between now and May 24. Here's the abridged list of what I have to do:
A four day retreat
A theater night thing that we havent rehearsed for
A hardish paper
An old AP test for Chem
Two NEW AP tests I'm unprepared for
A pre-calc test
My cousin's wedding reception
My sister's graduation
My sister's Graduation
A band show in my barn
Play a gig
Play a gig
And no, there are no double entries.
Ok, first, three bands you should check out, for your immense personal enjoyment:
The Moldy Peaches
Yeah Yeah Yeahs
I went to a friend's house for the weekly thingy we do, and watched "Wet Hot American Summer," perhaps the funniest movie ever!
Our show went very well! I was good. I screwed up a couple of bass lines, but no one noticed (I hope), and we made a lot of people dance and shout very loud!
I'm so PSYCHED! My band is playing on Saturday! Lalalala! I'm so excited! And we just had a really good practice, and we're opening with my song!
I'm really just blogging for the sake of blogging. The infernal television stole my soul! Againe! I truely meant to DO
Wow, that sounds like a really gross, but intriguing ice cream flavor! Hi again!
I am no longer ill, and I got a haircut, and ate a lot of cheese, and had band practice, and went to Toys r Us! And things and stuff!
I do not like being sick. It is the opposite of fun. And I missed 3 quizes and a lab today, all of which I will have to make up tomorrow, since it is the last day of the quarter. That is, if I attend class tomorrow. And I broke my thermometer on my couch, and cleaning up the mercury was a bitch.
And now, of course, I'm terrified that I will die from the highly toxic vapors, which I probably won't, but I have leanings towards hypochondria.
I really like how the word "ill" looks all word prcessed with a capial letter. So important. But I am. Ill that is.
